在热平衡计算的基础上,对宝钢一、四高炉热风炉进行了平衡分析。结果表明,宝钢一、四高炉热风炉效率远低于热效率,且一高炉热风炉全系统效率比四高炉热风炉低6.54%。两座高炉热风炉损失主要为燃烧过程不可逆损失、烟气带出的物理损失、热交换不可逆损失和化学不完全燃烧损失。宝钢热风炉节能的主要途径是:采用合理的空气过剩系数或富氧燃烧,降低烟气温度,提高冷风入炉温度,提高烟气余热回收装置利用水平。
Based on the calculation of heat balance, the equilibrium analysis of Baosteel first and fourth blast furnaces was carried out. The results show that the hot blast stove efficiency of Baosteel One and Four Blast Furnaces is much lower than the thermal efficiency, and the whole system efficiency of a blast furnace blast furnace is 6.54% lower than that of the four blast furnace stoves. The losses of two blast furnaces are mainly the irreversible loss of combustion process, the physical loss of flue gas, the irreversible loss of heat exchange and the chemical incomplete combustion loss. Baosteel hot stove energy-saving is the main way: the rational use of excess air ratio or oxygen-rich combustion, reducing the flue gas temperature, raising the temperature of cold air into the furnace to improve the utilization level of flue gas waste heat recovery unit.
