电子商务的盛行,带给消费者极大便利的同时,也对网络交易安全及消费者权益保护提出新挑战。我国现有的法律规范对消费者权益保护的规定主要是《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》,还有的散见于其他法律法规中,内容散乱过时,可操作性不强。尽快建立有效的电子商务中消费者权益保护体系是当务之急。在尊重电子商务发展规律的前提下,我们必须尽快完善现行立法,综合利用各种措施和手段,并积极吸收此方面先行的立法精华,营造一个良好的市场环境。
