With the continuous development of China’s economy, especially under the long-term economic downturn in Europe and the United States, the growth of demand for jewelery in various traditional markets in the world has slowed down or even stopped. China, especially the mainland buyers are increasingly buying, wearing or investing in jewelry. As more and more jewelry brands turn their attention to China and strive to cultivate the Chinese market, more and more Chinese regard jewelery as a necessity and the Chinese jewelry market is booming. However, unlike the flamboyant image of the primary market, the young jewelry auction industry in the Mainland is still immature.
