猪繁殖与呼吸综合征又称猪蓝耳病,是严重危害养猪业的传染病之一,2006年我国自南向北大面积暴发高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征,目前该病在我国有的地区又出现不断发病的事态,在整个防控过程中快速准确的诊断方法与技术对诊断猪繁殖与呼吸综合征至关重要。本文主要从猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的病毒的分离鉴定、血清学诊断方法和分子生物学诊断等方法及技术的新研究进展进行了综述,以期为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的诊断与防控提供一定的理论支持和参考依据。
