通过对含大面积缺陷钢板进行静力拉伸试验,探讨碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)布与缺陷的相对位置及腐蚀面积两因素的变化对钢板承载力的影响,全面分析在各因素影响下CFRP布与钢板的破坏过程和破坏特征,获得CFRP布与缺陷的相对位置及缺陷面积对加固效果的影响规律:随着缺陷面积的增加,未加固试件、背面加固试件和正面加固试件的承载能力降低;正面加固效果优于背面加固,可提高屈服荷载1%~3%,极限荷载1%左右。
