一、引 言 在泵、马达等液压元件的研制和生产过程中,需做大量试验,对其各种性能参数如压力、流量、转速、温度、扭矩及其动态性能进行测试,以确定该产品是否符合设计要求,还需作那些改进。过去,基本上是采用指针式仪表指示或通过传感器由二次仪表指示。对动态性能和压力脉动的测试,用光线示波器拍照,测试结果靠眼看、手记,数据后处理由人工计算,逐点绘图。光线示波器拍照的曲线靠人工用尺量出光点轨迹的长度,再与事先标定好的曲线进行比较,才能获得所需数据。这种方法既费工费时,又难免产生人为误差,故已不适应液压技术发展的需要。为改变这种落后状况,我厂研制了
