由安徽水利开发股份有限公司承建的芜湖发电厂五期取排水工程为芜湖发电厂五期“上大压小”2×660MW超临界燃煤发电机组工程的循环水泵房建筑及取排水口构筑物工程。该工程主要特点及难点在于;1、循环水泵房深基坑及高大模板支撑;循环水泵房基坑深度达到24m,局部深度达到45m,泵房顶板模板支撑体系高度达到20.7m,顶板厚度为1 m。控制边坡坡度及顶板支撑体系,既保证了边坡稳定,又减少了工程支护工作量,降低了工程造价;2、水上、水下爆破:重点控制水上爆破对周边建筑(液化气厂)的影响控制、水下爆破对长江生态影响的控制。同时,施工过程中采用的深基础深孔微差爆破工艺被评定为安徽省省级工法;
The Wuhu Power Plant Phase-5 Drainage Project undertaken by Anhui Water Conservancy Development Co., Ltd. is a circulating water pump house construction and drainage outlet for Wuhua Power Plant Phase 5 “Shangda Xiaoguang” 2 × 660MW Supercritical Coal-fired Generator Unit Project Structure works. The main features and difficulties of the project lie in: 1. The deep foundation pit of the circulating pump house and the tall formwork support; the depth of the foundation pit of the circulating water pump house reaches 24m and the partial depth reaches 45m; the support height of the pumping formwork roof formwork reaches 20.7m and the roof thickness is 1 m. Control slope slope and roof support system, not only ensure the slope stability, but also reduce the workload of engineering support and reduce the project cost; 2, water, underwater blasting: focus on controlling water blasting on the surrounding buildings (liquefied petroleum gas plant) Impact Control and Underwater Blasting on the Yangtze River Ecological Control. At the same time, the deep foundation deep hole millisecond blasting process adopted in the construction process was appraised as provincial construction method.
