鞘内注射胞二磷胆碱治疗去皮层状态国内尚未见报导,1985～1987年,我们治疗5例疗效显著。报告如下:临床资料例1:女,10岁,散发性脑炎。鞘内注射前病期60天,曾用地塞米松、三磷酸腺甙、辅酶 A、胞二磷胆碱静脉点滴治疗。患儿对呼喊无反应,头后仰,左上肢屈曲内收,右下肢及左下肢伸直,双侧巴彬斯基氏(+),大小便失禁。用胞二磷胆碱注射,每次250mg,不必稀释,每周二次,共5次。第一次后,对呼喊有反应,双目可追随其母活动;第二次后,肌张力减低,右上肢可持物向胸前移动;第三次后,可讲单字并坐起;第五次后,可下床锻炼。半年后随访巳能上学,学习成绩一般。鞘内注射治疗中无任何不良反应。例2:男,8岁,散发性脑炎。鞘内注射前病期35天。曾用地塞米松、乙酰谷酰胺、20%甘露醇、维生素等治疗。患儿表情呆滞,尖声哭叫,头向右侧扭转,双上肢屈曲,双下肢伸直,双侧巴彬斯基氏征(+),大小便失禁。鞘内注射胞二磷胆碱7次,每次125mg,每周2次。第三次后哭叫消失、认人;第五次后知大小便,四肢肌张力降低,双上肢能伸直,双下肢可屈;第七次后可下床锻炼,带药回家治疗。一年后随访,已能上学,智力略差。

Intrathecal injection period of 35 days. Dexamethasone, acetyl glutamine, 20% mannitol, vitamins and other treatment. Child with dull expression, screaming, head to the right to reverse the upper limb flexion, lower extremity extension, bilateral Babinski’s sign (+), incontinence. Intrathecal Citicoline seven times, each 125mg, 2 times a week. After the third cry disappeared, to identify people; the fifth after the toilet, lower extremity muscle tension, upper extremity can be straightened, both lower extremities can flexion; after the seventh can get out of bed exercise, take medicine home treatment. Follow up after one year, have been able to go to school, intelligence is slightly worse.
