旋翼模型试验系统是开展直升机理论与技术研究、新机研制的最基本和最重要的试验设备。本文简介由南京航空学院研制的2米旋翼模型试验系统、它的设计思想和主要特点等。该系统主要用于开展直升机空气动力学、动力学和飞行力学等方面的试验研究,也可直接为直升机型号研制服务。其主要设计原则是满足试验要求、与现已有的风洞相匹配和满足可行性与灵活性要求等。 本文对旋翼模型、操纵与激振系统,动力、传动系统,测量系统,数据采集与处理系统,安全监控与报警系统,以及中央控制台与显示系统等的主要特点均作了简略叙述;还简要介绍了系统调试中的几个问题:温升、振动、天平标定及变距标定等。 系统调试完成之后,已成功地进行了几个典型的空气动力学与动力学试验。试验结果达到预定要求,表明该试验系统的研制是成功的。
Rotor model test system is to carry out the helicopter theory and technology research, development of new aircraft the most basic and most important test equipment. This article describes the Nanjing Institute of Aeronautics developed 2 m rotor model test system, its design ideas and main features. The system is mainly used to carry out experimental research on helicopter aerodynamics, dynamics and flight mechanics, but also directly for helicopter model development services. Its main design principle is to meet the test requirements, match existing wind tunnels and meet the feasibility and flexibility requirements. In this paper, the main features of the rotor model, the control and excitation system, power, transmission system, measurement system, data acquisition and processing system, security monitoring and alarm system, and the central console and display system are briefly described; Several problems in system commissioning are introduced: temperature rise, vibration, scale calibration and distance calibration. After the system commissioning has been completed, several typical aerodynamic and kinetic tests have been successfully performed. The test results meet the predetermined requirements, indicating that the development of the test system is successful.
