核电厂部分核级焊接止回阀的内泄漏率关系到压力边界的完整性,对其严密性要求非常高。为解决焊接止回阀在线密封性能测试的技术难题,文章建立了一种新的在线低压气体为介质的密封性测试方法。根据其测试原理,制作了在线密封测试装置和模拟体,通过在模拟体上的性能测试验证了测试装置的有效性和测试方法的可靠性。根据试验结果,对其密封性、创新性、实用性进行了分析,证明了新的试验方法及其装置可用于核电厂核级止回阀维修后的在线密封试验。在核级止回阀低压气体密封试验研究项目中得出的一系列有价值的科技创新成果,可作为国内外核电同行的参考和借鉴。
The internal leakage rate of some nuclear-level welding check valves in a nuclear power plant is related to the integrity of the pressure boundary and requires a very high degree of tightness. In order to solve the technical problem of on-line sealing performance testing of the welding check valve, a new method for testing the tightness of the medium with low-pressure gas is established. According to the test principle, an on-line seal test device and a simulation body are manufactured. The effectiveness of the test device and the reliability of the test method are verified by the performance test on the simulation body. According to the test results, the analysis of its sealing, innovation and practicality proved that the new test method and its device can be applied to the on-line sealing test after the nuclear check valve of nuclear power plant is repaired. A series of valuable scientific and technological innovations in the low-pressure gas seal pilot research project of nuclear check valve can be used as reference for domestic and foreign nuclear power counterparts.
