目前,我国都在采用化学精制法生产TNT。精制的原理是,亚硫酸钠和TNT中大多数异构体发生化学反应而生成溶于水的物质,借此从对称的TNT中将异构体分离出来,从而提高TNT的纯度。精制过程产生含有二硝基甲苯磺酸钠(以下简称DNTS)的碱性棕红色废水,俗称红水。根据资料介绍,国内生产TNT各厂所排红水成分大同小异。在同一厂中,红水性质比较稳定,一般变化不大。本试验所用的某厂红水的性质及主要成分如
At present, China is using chemical refining production of TNT. The principle of refining is that sodium sulfite chemically reacts with most of the isomers in TNT to form water-soluble substances, thereby separating the isomers from the symmetrical TNT, thereby increasing the purity of TNT. The refining process produces alkaline brown-red wastewater containing dinitrotoluenesulfonate (hereinafter referred to as DNTS), commonly known as red water. According to the information introduced, the domestic production of TNT plants ranked red water composition is similar.
