目的:优选枳棋子的最佳提取工艺,测定枳椇子中槲皮素的含量。方法:提取工艺研究采用正交试验法,筛选出枳棋子药材的最佳提取工艺。采用高效液相色谱法测定枳棋子有效成分槲皮素的含量。色谱柱:ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相-乙腈-水(40:60);波长:360 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:室温。结果:槲皮素的最佳提取工艺为:药材加入12倍量的50%乙醇溶液提取1.5 h。槲皮素浓度在2.5~50μg·ml~(-1)之间与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为101.1%,RSD=1.7%。结论:本法简单,专属性强,重复性好。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Hippeacho, and to determine the content of quercetin in Hovenia dulcis Thunb. Methods: The extraction process using orthogonal test method, screening the best extraction of herbs herbs Hovenia. The content of quercetin, the active ingredient in the flint orange, was determined by HPLC. Column: ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase-acetonitrile-water (40:60); wavelength: 360 nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; Results: The optimum extraction process of quercetin was as follows: the medicinal materials were extracted with 12 times amount of 50% ethanol for 1.5 h. The linear relationship between quercetin concentration and peak area was 2.5 ~ 50μg · ml ~ (-1). The average recovery was 101.1% and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, specific and reproducible.
