目的 探讨应激训练对某些内分泌激素的影响。方法 采用放射免疫方法 (RIA)分析不同形式的应激训练前后血清皮质醇和睾酮含量的变化。结果 (1)实弹演练后 ,血清皮质醇和睾酮水平均显著升高 ,且都有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )力量训练后 ,血清皮质醇水平升高 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,睾酮水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(3)耐力训练后 ,皮质醇水平升高 ,但无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,睾酮水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 实弹演练、力量训练和耐力训练均可使血清皮质醇和睾酮水平升高 ,但不同形式的应激训练对血清皮质醇和睾酮水平的影响有一定差异。血清皮质醇和睾酮水平变化的适当比例可能是获得最佳训练效果的关键因素之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of stress training on some endocrine hormones. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to analyze the changes of serum cortisol and testosterone before and after different forms of stress training. Results (1) Serum cortisol and testosterone levels were significantly increased after the live ammunition exercise (P <0.01). (2) Serum cortisol levels were increased after strength training (P <0.05); (3) After endurance training, the level of cortisol increased, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) , Testosterone levels were significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusions The live cortical exercises, strength training and endurance training can both raise the levels of serum cortisol and testosterone. However, the effects of different forms of stress training on serum cortisol and testosterone levels are different. Proper ratio of serum cortisol and testosterone levels may be one of the key factors for optimal training.
