研究了海水N、P营养水平对龙须菜的生长、光合作用及生化特性的影响,结果表明:单独N、P加富对龙须菜的生长无显著影响,而N、P同时加富可以显著促进龙须菜的生长;其相对生长速率随着时间的增加而降低,P加富处理在培养后期相对生长速率显著增加;N加富促进了龙须菜的光合作用,使藻胆蛋白和可溶性蛋白含量显著提高,可溶性糖含量降低。N、P同时加富促进了叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量的增加。N、P同时加富条件下,龙须菜色素和可溶性蛋白含量增加,其光合作用增强,这是促进龙须菜生长增加的主要原因。
The effects of seawater N and P nutrition levels on the growth, photosynthesis and biochemical characteristics of Asparagus officinalis were studied. The results showed that N and P enrichment alone had no significant effect on the growth of Asparagus, Significantly increased the growth of asparagus, the relative growth rate decreased with time, and the relative growth rate of P-rich treatment increased significantly in the late stage of culture. N enrichment promoted the photosynthesis of asparagus, Soluble protein content increased significantly, soluble sugar content decreased. N, P enrichment at the same time promoted the increase of chlorophyll a and carotenoid content. Under N and P enrichment conditions, the content of pigment and soluble protein in Gracilaria lemaneiformis increased and photosynthesis increased, which was the main reason to promote the growth of Gracilaria lemaneiformis.
