目的 :研究大鼠耳蜗毛细胞电压门控性钙通道 (VGCC)mRNA的表达及其意义。方法 :利用RT PCR和原位杂交技术检测了L 型VGCC的 4种亚单位在大鼠耳蜗毛细胞的表达。 结果 :以耳蜗基底膜中提取的总RNA为模板可以检测到α1C和α1D钙通道的表达 ,原位杂交显示内、外毛细胞被特异性的探针标记。结论 :耳蜗Corti器表达的VGCC主要是α1C和α1D亚型
Objective: To study the expression of voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC) mRNA in rat cochlear hair cells and its significance. Methods: RT-PCR and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of four L-type VGCC subunits in rat cochlear hair cells. Results: The expression of α1C and α1D calcium channels was detected by total RNA extracted from the basement membrane of cochlear. In situ hybridization showed that the inner and outer hair cells were labeled with specific probes. CONCLUSION: VGCC expressed by Cochlear Corti are mainly α1C and α1D subtypes
