那天,我组织小班幼儿学习用纸折鱼,材料是大小不一的各色蜡光纸。以前我曾把材料放在桌子中间让幼儿自由选择,结果小班幼儿从众心理强,一个选大的,大家都选大的;一个选红的,大家都选红的,导致场面混乱。所以今天我想把材料随机分发给幼儿,在分发材料前我告诉幼儿:“纸有大有小,颜色也不一样,请你们用老师分的纸折一条漂亮的鱼儿。等一会儿,我们把不同大小、颜色的鱼儿贴到墙上蓝色的‘大海’里去!”活动安静地进行着。当我来到政政身旁时,我发现政政一脸不高兴。“政政,怎么了?”政政说:“我不要这张小纸,我要换大纸。”“为什么?”“因为我想折大鱼。”我轻声地劝他:“你先折一条小鱼儿,然后再用大纸好吗?”政政却态度坚决地说:“不,我现在就要换。”我决定先“冷处理”一下,希望他看见同伴们折出各种鱼时会改变想法,可直到活动结束时政政仍不愿意折小鱼。事后,我把这事跟同事说了,他们大多认为应该给政政换纸。有的说:“活动的重点是折纸,支持孩子的活动就该同意他换纸。”有的说:“为什么不把纸放在桌子中间让孩子自己选呢?”同事们的话引起了我的思考,但我也谈了我的观点:“既然事先有过要求,幼儿就应遵守。如果幼儿连小小的挫折都无法承受,将来怎么面对社会?”话虽这么说,但说句心里话,直到现在我仍不知道该不该为政政换纸。您怎么看待这一案例?如果是您,您会如何处理?
