运价是决定运输市场竞争格局,并影响行业未来发展的关键性要素之一。为探索科学制定铁路运价的途径与方法,通过对德国、法国、日本、美国、俄罗斯、印度六个国家铁路客运运价体系形成的社会经济背景、具体的运价管理模式和定价机制、运价政策的执行效果进行比较研究,从确立运价水平、实施运价监管以及设计运价体系等方面总结国外铁路的经验与启示。
Tariffs are one of the key elements that determine the competitive landscape in the transport market and affect the future development of the industry.
