采用真空浸渍工艺 ,成功地制备了三维编织炭纤维 /环氧复合材料 ,并用金相显微镜对微观结构进行了观察 ,发现基体与纤维间浸润良好。力学试验表明 ,该材料具有良好的力学性能 ,是一种极有发展潜力的复合材料。
The three-dimensional braided carbon fiber / epoxy composites were successfully prepared by vacuum impregnation process. The microstructure of the composites was observed with a metallurgical microscope. The results showed that the infiltration between matrix and fiber was good. Mechanical tests show that the material has good mechanical properties, is a great potential for the development of composite materials.
