为准确认识侧向压力作用下光圆钢筋、变形钢筋在再生混凝土中的黏结机理,侧向压力对黏结性能的影响,对48个钢筋再生混凝土(再生粗骨料替代率为30%)试件进行了不同侧向压力作用下的中心拔出试验,观察了试件破坏模式、表面裂缝特征,研究了侧向压力、钢筋表面形式、钢筋直径等对黏结强度的影响规律。结果表明:在无侧压状态下,黏结强度随变形钢筋直径的增大而减小,在侧向压力相同的情况下,不同直径的变形钢筋与再生混凝土间黏结强度相差不大;将本文试验结果与其他试验结果进行了比较,并分析了差异成因。本文的研究结果可为钢筋再生混凝土结构的精确有限元分析提供试验依据和参考。
In order to accurately understand the effect of lateral round bar and deformed bar on the bond behavior and the lateral pressure on the bond performance of recycled concrete, the test results of 48 rebar (30% replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate) The center pull-out test under different lateral pressures was carried out. The failure mode and the surface crack characteristics of the specimens were observed. The influence of lateral pressure, steel bar surface form and steel bar diameter on the bond strength was studied. The results show that the bond strength decreases with the increase of the diameter of the deformed bar under no lateral pressure, and the bond strength between deformed bars with different diameters and recycled concrete under the same lateral pressure has little difference. The results were compared with other experimental results and the causes of the differences were analyzed. The results of this paper can provide experimental basis and references for accurate finite element analysis of reinforced concrete recycled structure.
