学困生是现代教育客观存在的一个群体。能否做好学困生的转化工作是衡量教育成败的一个重要标志。学困现象的形成有社会、家庭和学生自身等方面的原因,而摆脱学困状态应从激发学生学习兴趣、重建学生自信心,改善家庭教育环境和引导学生掌握正确的学习方法等方面入手。
Students with learning difficulties are an objective existence of modern education. Whether or not we can do well in the transformation of students with poor students is an important indicator to measure the success or failure of education. The formation of learning difficulties includes the reasons of society, family and students themselves. To get rid of learning difficulties should start with stimulating students ’interest, rebuilding students’ self-confidence, improving family education environment and guiding students to master the correct learning methods.
