１病例报告例１男，６３岁。左下腹疼痛７日，加重３日伴腹胀１日于１９９９年１２月２１日１２时入院。患者于入院前７日始无明显诱因出现左下腹部阵发性疼痛，疼痛向左大腿根部放射，在当地医院诊为输尿管结石，给予诺氟沙星及山莨菪碱口服治疗，上述症状有所缓解。入院前３ 1 case report 1 male, 63 years old. Left lower quadrant pain on the 7th, aggravating the 3rd with abdominal distension on the 1st December 12, 1999 at 12:00 on admission. The patient had no obvious predisposition on the 7th day before admission. The left lower abdomen had paroxysmal pain. The pain was radiated to the left thigh and was diagnosed as ureteral calculi in the local hospital. The patients were treated with norfloxacin and anisodamine orally, and the symptoms were relieved . 3 before admission
