对齿轮啮合传动中重迭系数与齿轮承载能力的关系进行了初步探讨和分析,并推导出了用齿轮基本参数直接表达的重迭系数方程,提出了“齿轮重迭系数圆整设计法”的概念。这种设计方法是在不改变主要设计参数的基础上,通过调整齿轮宽度,实现重迭系数的圆整,改善齿轮的传动性能,提高齿轮承载能力,延长其使用寿命。
The relationship between overlap coefficient and gear bearing capacity in gear meshing transmission was discussed and analyzed. The coefficient of overlap coefficient directly expressed by basic gear parameters was deduced, and the gear rounding design method concept. This design method is based on the main design parameters are not changed, by adjusting the gear width, the overlap coefficient to achieve the round, to improve gear transmission performance, improve gear carrying capacity and extend its service life.
