在当前的部门工作中,虽然人力资源管理在实现本部门的战略目标的过程中,扮演着越来越重要的角色。但本部门在人力资源管理上仍存在着管理观念落后、体制不完善、机制不健全等问题。因此如何搞好人力资源管理工作,进而促进本部门的人才工作得以全面实施,是当前本部门一个极其重要的问题。因此,我们必须以现代人力资源管理思想为指导,努力优化人力资源配置,最终建立起与之相适应的管理机制。
In the current sectoral work, human resources management plays an increasingly important role in achieving the strategic objectives of the department. However, the management of human resources in this department still lags behind the management concept, the system is not perfect, the mechanism is not perfect and so on. Therefore, how to do a good job in human resources management so as to promote the full implementation of talent work in this department is an extremely important issue in our current department. Therefore, we must strive to optimize the allocation of human resources with the guidance of modern human resources management and eventually establish a management mechanism that is appropriate to them.
