针对移动电源火灾事故频发的安全现状,本文采用能量转换和模糊综合评判的方法构建移动电源火灾风险评价模型,并对移动电源火灾风险进行评价.为增加评判过程的客观性,分别采用事故树基本事件结构重要度和相对差异函数对评判模型中评价因子的权重和隶属度进行分析和计算.评判结果表明移动电源火灾事故风险等级处于一般安全与比较危险之间,与实际情况相符合.
Aiming at the frequent safety situation of mobile power source fire accident, this paper constructs the mobile power source fire risk evaluation model by using energy conversion and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and evaluates the risk of mobile power source fire hazard.In order to increase the objectivity of the judgment process, The importance and relative difference function of the basic event structure are used to analyze and calculate the weight and membership degree of the evaluation factors in the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the risk level of mobile power source fire accident is between general safety and comparative risk, which is consistent with the actual situation.
