以粳稻沈农89 -366为母本与粳、籼、爪哇3种类型稻杂交 ,F1 代稻谷的米质表现值介于双亲之间 ,接近亲本均值。米形呈现正态分布的数量性状遗传特点。稻谷粒形与米形呈极显著正相关。米长与米宽和出米率呈极显著和显著的负相关 ,与长宽比和AC值呈极显著和显著正相关。中国籼、粳稻米质改良的方向是选育米形偏籼而米质偏粳的中间类型米 ,改良的途径是不同类型间的杂交 ,获得各自优良米质性状的互补。在收获前以稻谷或稻米的长度和长宽比为指标进行米质选择是简便、易行和高效的田间米质选择方法。
The cross between rice Shennong 89 -366 and japonica rice, indica rice and Javanese rice showed that the grain quality of F1 generation was between parents and close to the average of parents. The shape of rice showed a normal distribution of quantitative traits genetic characteristics. Rice grain shape and rice shape was extremely significant positive correlation. There was a significant and significant negative correlation between rice length and rice width and rice yield, which was significantly and positively correlated with aspect ratio and AC value. The direction of rice quality improvement in indica and japonica rice in China is the middle type of rice with partial indica rice and partial japonica rice. The improved approach is to cross between different types and obtain the complementation of their respective fine quality traits. It is a simple, easy and effective method to select the quality of rice in the field before the harvest, using the length and aspect ratio of rice or rice as the index.
