在数学教学中对学生的学习进行评价,应改变评价过分强调甄别与选拔的功能,忽视改进与激励功能的状况,突出评价的发展性功能是学习评价的核心。我认为,在数学教学中,促进学生发展的有效学习评价应注重多元性、全面性和过程性的特点;应注意评价内容的全面性,将知识评价、能力评价、过程评价、非智力因素评价有机结合;应强调评价主体的多元化,突出学生的参与性,让学生在参与中求发展;应强调评价方式的多样化,促进学生全面、健康、和谐地发展。
Evaluating students’ learning in mathematics teaching should change the function of evaluation emphasizing screening and selection too much, ignoring the situation of improvement and motivation function, and highlighting the developmental function of evaluation as the core of learning evaluation. In my opinion, in the teaching of mathematics, the effective learning evaluation to promote the development of students should pay attention to the characteristics of pluralism, comprehensiveness and process. We should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of the content, and put the knowledge evaluation, competence evaluation, process evaluation, non-intelligence evaluation Organic integration; emphasis should be placed on the diversity of evaluation subjects, highlighting the participation of students, so that students in the development of participation; should emphasize the diversity of evaluation methods to promote the comprehensive, healthy and harmonious development of students.
