为了解我省学生集体饮食卫生状况，进一步加强监督管理，防止学生食物中毒，保障广大学生的身体健康和生命安全，１９９８年７月～８月，根据卫生部《全国学生集体用餐单位食品卫生监督检查方案》，在全省开展了校内外学生集体用餐单位食品卫生状况的调查。现将情况分析如下。
