当前,以互联网为代表的现代传播技术迅猛发展,网络社区、社交网站、微博、微信等新媒体媒介工具应用日益广泛,给企业文化工作带来新形势、新机遇和新任务。本文将新媒体同传统媒体应用在企业文化工作中的优劣之处作分析对比,进一步明确新媒体工具在当前企业文化工作中应当发挥的效用;同时,对单位在开展企业文化工作时如何保持与时俱进、更好应用新媒体工具等作初步探讨。
At present, modern communication technologies represented by the Internet are rapidly developing, and new media tools such as online communities, social networking sites, microblogs, and WeChat are becoming more widely used, bringing new situations, new opportunities, and new tasks to corporate cultural work. This article analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of new media and traditional media applications in corporate culture work, and further clarifies the role that new media tools should play in current corporate culture work; at the same time, how do the units maintain their corporate culture work? Keep pace with the times and better use new media tools for preliminary discussion.
