家庭教育是学校教育顺利开展的有力保障。为探明家校合作对超常儿童发展的影响,北京市第八中学基于亲子关系诊断测试结果,改善家校沟通方式,取得了较好的效果。亲子关系诊断测试结果显示,大部分家庭都存在溺爱孩子、过分期待、过于严厉、家庭成员间教育观念不一致等问题。对此,北京八中素质班做了以下工作。首先,建立家长委员会,统一家长思想,定期召开家长会,沟通教育问题,共同商讨解决方案;其次,关注个体,对学生的个别问题进行个性化指导。
Family education is a powerful guarantee for the smooth development of school education. To find out the impact of home-school cooperation on the development of children with abnormalities, Eighth Middle School in Beijing has made good results based on the diagnosis of test results by parent-child relationship and the improvement of home-school communication. Parent-child relationship diagnosis test results show that most families are doting children, over expectations, too harsh, inconsistent education among family members and other issues. In this regard, Beijing eight in the quality class to do the following work. First of all, we should establish a parent committee, unify the thinking of parents, hold parents’ meetings regularly, and communicate education issues to discuss solutions. Secondly, we should pay attention to individuals and provide individual guidance on individual problems of students.
