目的:研究忍冬叶黄酮-磷脂复合物对高脂饲料喂养鹌鹑高血脂症的影响。方法:健康雄性鹌鹑80只,随机分成6组,任意取1组设定为正常对照组喂以基础饲料,其他5组均喂高脂饲料,12 d后检测动物颈静脉血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量,确定已经造成高血脂模型后,喂食含忍冬叶总黄酮(20 mg.kg-1.d-1)、忍冬叶黄酮-磷脂复合物高、低剂量(80,20 mg.kg-1.d-1)的高脂饲料,45 d后检测颈静脉血清TC,TG,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量及肝脏中脂肪含量;观察肝组织切片。结果:与高脂模型组比较,忍冬叶黄酮-磷脂复合物高、低剂量组(80,20 mg.kg-1)对血清TC降低作用明显,降低率分别为55.58%,24.91%,剂量间有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);忍冬叶黄酮-磷脂复合物能减轻肝细胞水肿和脂肪浸润,使肝脏脂肪含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:忍冬叶黄酮-磷脂复合物具有降血脂和抗脂肪肝作用。
Objective: To study the effect of flavone-phospholipid complex of honeysuckle leaves on hyperlipidemia in quail fed with high fat diet. Methods: Eighty healthy male quails were randomly divided into 6 groups. Randomly selected 1 group was set as the normal control group fed with basal diet, and the other 5 groups were fed with high fat diet. After 12 days, the jugular vein total cholesterol (TC) And triglyceride (TG) were determined. After the model of hyperlipidemia was established, the total flavonoids of Lonicerae capitata (20 mg.kg-1.d-1), high and low dose of flavonoid-phospholipid complex The contents of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the jugular vein were detected after 45 days of treatment with high fat diet (20 mg.kg-1.d-1) Liver fat content; observed liver tissue sections. Results: Compared with the high-fat model group, the decrease of serum TC was obvious in high and low dose flavonoids-phospholipid complex (80, 20 mg.kg-1), the reduction rates were 55.58% and 24.91% (P <0.01). The flavone-phospholipid complex of Lonicera bush could reduce hepatocyte edema and fat infiltration, and significantly reduce the content of fat in liver (P <0.05). Conclusion: The flavone-phospholipid complex of Lonicera japonica leaves has the effect of lowering blood fat and anti-fatty liver.
