对297名农村学龄前儿童的母亲进行为期1年的营养教育,试验组1采用综合教育途径,试验组2仅采用大众传播媒介途径。通过测试儿童母亲于试验前后营养知识、态度及行为的变化,对教育效果进行评价。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组母亲的营养知识均有明显提高,提高幅度与母亲的文化程度有关,试验组1希望种大豆和绿色蔬菜的人数,绿色蔬菜种植面积、小儿热能摄入量明显提高,部分年龄组儿童蛋白质的摄入量也有明显提高。试验组2只在态度指标有明显提高,而在行为方面无改变。
A one-year nutrition education was conducted on 297 mothers of preschool children in rural areas. Test group 1 adopted a comprehensive education approach. Test group 2 used only the mass media. The effect of education was evaluated by testing changes in nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of mothers before and after the experiment. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the nutritional knowledge of mothers in each experimental group increased significantly, and the improvement rate was related to the educational level of the mother. In experimental group 1, the number of soybean and green vegetables, the planting area of green vegetables, Into significantly increased, some of the age group of children’s protein intake also increased significantly. Test group 2 only in the attitude index increased significantly, but no change in behavior.
