在滴管炉中对12种煤进行了热解和燃烧实验。分析和研究了煤中氮在热解过程中生成的中间产物NH3和HCN与煤种的关系,同时,还分析和研究了煤的成分以及中间产物NH3和HCN对煤燃烧中NOX生成量的影响。提出了用Vr×Nf×[HCN]/[NH3]的值作为预测指数来预测不同煤种在燃烧中NOX生成量的多少。
12 types of coal were pyrolyzed and burned in a dropper furnace. The relationship between the formation of intermediate products NH3 and HCN and coal during the pyrolysis of coal was analyzed and studied. At the same time, the influence of the composition of coal and the effect of intermediate products NH3 and HCN on NOX production in coal combustion were also analyzed and studied . It is proposed to use the value of Vr × Nf × [HCN] / [NH3] as predictive index to predict the amount of NO x produced by different coal types during combustion.
