介绍了以可靠性为中心的维修技术(RCM),并以地铁车辆牵引及电制动系统为例进行RCM分析,说明了RCM的实施步骤。论证了RCM应用于地铁车辆的维修管理中,可降低维护费用,提高系统稳定性与可靠性。
The Reliability Centered Maintenance Technology (RCM) is introduced. RCM analysis is carried out by taking the subway vehicle traction and electric braking system as an example, and the implementation steps of RCM are illustrated. It is demonstrated that RCM can be used in the maintenance and management of subway vehicles, which can reduce the maintenance cost and improve the system stability and reliability.
