21世纪的世界已经逐步由工业化社会过渡到信息社会,社会更加需要创新人才。随着信息社会的来临,由于知识总量迅速增加,知识陈旧率加快,过去进行单一知识传授的“阶段教育”已经过时。注重知识传授的传统教学受到质疑,单一知识的传授已经不能满足学生发展的需要。当今社会,人口、资源、环境问题日益严重,人地关系矛盾严重激化,自然灾害频发,地理学科更加感觉到教育责任的重大,因此地理课程改革势在必行。新课程改革中地理课程设置的理念:(1)培养现代公民
The world in the 21st century has gradually shifted from an industrialized society to an information society, and society needs more creative talents. With the advent of the information society, the “stage education” that used to teach single knowledge has become obsolete due to the rapid increase of the total amount of knowledge and the quickening of knowledge obsolescence. Traditional teaching, which emphasizes knowledge transfer, has been questioned. The teaching of single knowledge can no longer meet the needs of student development.
