文章指出:深入研究摩擦离合器接合过程的动态特性,是准确计算并设法减小摩擦功和摩擦功率,提高其使用寿命和使用质量的关键。本文通过理论分析、数值计算和试验验证,提出并建立比较准确又便于工程计算的滑动时间、摩擦功和摩擦功率计算公式,这些公式可结合图表,便于推广使用。文章对完善摩擦离合器的设计理论和提高其使用寿命,具有参考价值,可供生产、设计单位参考、使用。
The article points out that in-depth study of the dynamic characteristics of the friction clutch engagement process is the key to accurately calculate and try to reduce the friction work and frictional power, and improve its service life and quality of use. Through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and experimental verification, this paper puts forward and establishes the calculation formulas of sliding time, friction work and frictional power which are more accurate and convenient for engineering calculation. These formulas can be combined with charts to facilitate the popularization and application. Articles to improve the friction clutch design theory and improve its service life, with reference value, for production, design unit for reference, use.
