针对高层建筑的下水管道由于油污沉淀遇冷凝结经常发生堵塞的现象,设计了一种在铸铁管外围给其适当加热,可有效疏通管道的智能化新型温度控制装置。该装置包含控制、输入、显示、加热和检测部分。系统利用加热带给管道外壁进行加热,通过键盘输入日期和时间,当时间到达预设加热点时,加热带开始工作。温度样本通过温度传感器采集获得,微控制器通过比较预设值和温度传感器采集的信号决定工作加热带的数量和时间,实现对铸铁管外壁加热的智能控制、铸铁管外壁温度的实时显示和对异常工作进行报警。
For the high-rise building sewer pipes due to condensation of oil precipitation often clogged phenomenon, the design of a cast iron pipe to its appropriate heating, which can effectively clear the pipeline of intelligent new temperature control device. The unit contains control, input, display, heating and detection sections. The system uses the heating belt to heat the outer wall of the pipe and input the date and time through the keyboard.
