The poet, represented by Wordsworth, enthusiastically chanted nature. This aesthetic orientation is often interpreted as a kind of escape from reality, a kind of “landscape of love” similar to the political frustrated people in ancient China. The interpretation of lakeside poets from a political and historical point of view does not really recognize the value of lakeside poetry. This thesis explores the consistency of ecological ethics and English Romantic poem poetry on nature in three aspects: returning to nature, ecology, and the same ethical sentiments in life and death, and then analyzing the ecological ethical values of British romantic poems.
