收文篮练习是指将校长日常处理的书面文档抽样选出,要求参与演练的人员模拟校长角色,在规定的时间内写出处理方案,以此作为了解或培养演练人员能力的一种方法。它的开发设计依次包括分析工作,确定指标;搜集素材,设计文件;咨询专家,制定标准;检验效度,校正文本四个环节,其实施过程大体分为准备、练习和回馈三个阶段。收文篮练习的应用为我国校长培训带来了新的思路,对校长的专业成长富有积极的实践意义。
Receipt exercise refers to the selection and selection of written documents processed by the principal in daily routine. The participants in the exercise are required to simulate the role of the principal and formulate the treatment plan within the prescribed time as a means of understanding or training the abilities of the driller. Its development and design, in turn, include analysis, identification of indicators, collection of materials, design documents, consulting with experts, setting standards, testing validity and correcting text. The implementation process is divided into three stages: preparation, practice and feedback. The application of the practice basket brings a new train of thought to our principals and has positive and practical significance to the principals’ professional growth.
