师生关系和谐又美好的课堂是我们教师的理想和追求,可现实的课堂教学中师生关系往往处理得不太好,出现“前师后生”或“前生后师”的不协调状况,教师应以“先学后教”的生本理念为指导,立足课堂教学,紧紧围绕“师生”这一核心关系,努力建立相伴而行的良好师生关系,让“自学”先行,引发学与思的相长共生;让“合学”共研,激发辩与创的相伴共生;让“助学”帮扶,生发情与理的和谐相生,从而构建“三学一体、共生共长”的政治课堂,力求在课堂教学的有效性上取得新突破。
