目的:依据创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PTSD-SS)针对飞行人员群体进行该量表的修订。方法:采用PTSD-SS量表为修订框架,结合飞行群体飞行状况为依据,应用心理测量和统计学分析方法,修订部分条目,并进行信度和效度检验。测试对象为经历过(或感知过)飞行事故的飞行人员1456人。结果:PTSD-SS包括24个条目,内部一致性系数为0.9106,分半信度系数为0.9217,再测信度系数为0.8547。对不同等级飞行事故分析发现事故等级越高且受创伤等级程度越大,PTSD-SS评分越高,揭示PTSD-SS有较好的实证效度。结论:PTSD-SS针对飞行人员进行修订的量表具有较好的信效度,是一种适用于飞行人员群体的创伤后应激障碍评定工具。
OBJECTIVE: To revisit this scale for pilots based on PTSD-SS. Methods: The PTSD-SS scale was used to revise the framework. Based on the flight status of the flight groups, psychometric and statistical methods were used to revise some of the items and test reliability and validity. The test subjects were 1,456 pilots who had experienced (or perceived) flight accidents. Results: PTSD-SS consisted of 24 items with an internal consistency coefficient of 0.9106, a half-confidence coefficient of 0.9217 and a retest reliability of 0.8547. Analysis of different levels of flight accidents found that the higher the accident level and the greater the degree of trauma, the higher the PTSD-SS score, revealing that PTSD-SS has a good empirical validity. Conclusions: The PTSD-SS scale has a good reliability and validity for the revision of pilots. It is a tool to assess the post-traumatic stress disorder for pilots.
