However, the frequent negligence of police officers in recent years is truly heartbreaking. This article analyzes the data and types of police negligence cases. In addition to the objective reasons summarized by academics, this article also highlights the subjective reasons for police negligence. And put forward various measures to deal with the crime of dereliction of duty by the police in a targeted manner in order to effectively prevent and deal with such crimes and promote the process of law-based society.
