用耐甲氧西林的金葡菌(MRSA)及金葡菌标准株为试验菌,测定了14种中药的乙醇提取物与4种抗菌药物的联合抗菌作用。狭叶十大功劳、马齿苋、厚朴、桔梗、益母草、夏枯草与4种抗菌药物对两株金葡菌存在联合作用;泽漆、马鞭草、乌头、车前草、白曼陀罗、杜仲与4种抗菌药物无联合作用;芍药与青霉素、头孢曲松产生很好的联合效应;鸡骨常山能提高环丙沙星的抗菌作用。筛选与抗菌素有联合作用的中草药对抑制金黄色葡萄球菌是可行的。
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Staphylococcus aureus strains were used as test bacteria to determine the combined antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts of 14 Chinese herbs and 4 antimicrobial agents. There were joint effects of two major strains of Staphylococcus aureus, including four types of Staphylococcus fulvia, purslane, honokiolium, platycodon grandiflorum, motherwort, prunella vulgaris, and four antibacterial agents; zebra, verbena, aconite, plantain, and white mandala Luo, Eucommia and 4 kinds of antibacterial drugs have no joint effect; Paeoniflorin has a good combined effect with penicillin and ceftriaxone; Jigu Changshan can increase the antibacterial effect of ciprofloxacin. Screening Chinese herbs that have a combination of antibiotics is feasible for inhibiting S. aureus.
