随着我国经济社会的持续快速发展,人才的竞争日益成为各大企业进行竞争的重点与焦点。人力资源管理人员作为企业内部管理人才的重要组成人员,就成为领导阶层非常重视的一类员工。本文拟从薪酬满意度概述、人力资源管理中影响员工薪酬满意度的因素、企业人力资源管理人员薪酬满意度探究以及提高人力资源管理人员薪酬满意度的途径等几个方面来进行分析与阐述,以期加深对这一问题的认识与理解程度。
With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society in our country, the competition of talents has increasingly become the focus and focus of competition among major enterprises.
