目的:研究人唾液腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)组织中erbB3结合蛋白-ebp1、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达,探讨其相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP二步法检测33例SACC组织标本(肿瘤组)和33例相应癌旁唾液腺组织中ebp1、E-cadherin、ICAM-1、MMP-9的表达。采用SPSS17.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:SACC的ebp1阳性表达率为84.85%,显著低于对照组的96.97%(P<0.01)。Ebp1阳性表达率与年龄、性别无关,与病理分型、侵袭和转移以及TNM分期相关。其中,腺管型ebp1的表达显著高于坏死型;Ⅰ-Ⅱ期组ebp1表达显著高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期组,转移组ebp1阳性率低于无转移组(P<0.05)。SACC中ebp1与E-cadherin蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.851,P<0.01),与MMP-9蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.364,P<0.05)。结论:Ebp1阳性表达与SACC临床进展、预后密切相关。Ebp1的下调可能促进唾液腺腺样囊性癌的发生与发展,可考虑作为评价肿瘤生物学行为及评估预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of erbB3-binding protein-eb1, E-cadherin, ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) -9) expression, to explore the relationship between the correlation and clinicopathological features. Methods: The expression of ebp1, E-cadherin, ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in 33 cases of SACC tissue samples and 33 cases of corresponding paracancerous salivary glands were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The positive expression rate of ebp1 in SACC was 84.85%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (96.97%, P <0.01). The positive expression rate of Ebp1 was not related to age and sex, but also to pathological type, invasion and metastasis and TNM staging. The expression of ebp1 in ductal epithelium was significantly higher than that in necrotic type. The expression of ebp1 in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. The positive rate of ebp1 in metastatic group was lower than that in non-metastatic group (P <0.05). The expression of ebp1 and E-cadherin in SACC was positively correlated (r = 0.851, P <0.01), and negatively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 (r = -0.364, P <0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression of Ebp1 is closely related to the clinical progress and prognosis of SACC. The down-regulation of Ebp1 may promote the occurrence and development of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma, which may be considered as an index to evaluate the biological behavior of tumor and evaluate the prognosis.
