目的:观察高频彩色多普勒超声检查结合BI-RADS分级诊断对乳腺疾病的临床诊断价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年3月收治的乳腺疾病患者70例(92个病灶),先后采用高频彩色多普勒超声检查和BI-RADS分级诊断,标准进行评价。对照病理检查确诊结果,分别分成BIRADS 3级、4级和5级,阐述高频彩超中使用BI-RADS分级后的诊断结果。结果:92个病灶中,3级35个,病理检查恶性12个,良性23个。4级29个,病理检查结果恶性21个,良性8个,5级病灶28个,病理检查结果恶性28例,良性1例,数据差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:BI-RADS分级诊断标准有助于临床真实查出恶性乳腺癌,对该病的治疗具有积极作用。
Objective: To observe the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with BI-RADS grading diagnosis of breast disease clinical value. Methods: Seventy patients (92 lesions) with breast diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and evaluated by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and BI-RADS classification. According to the results of pathological examination, they were divided into BIRADS grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5, and the diagnostic results after using BI-RADS in high frequency ultrasound were described. Results: Of the 92 lesions, 35 were in grade 3, 12 were malignant and 23 were benign. 29 in grade 4, 21 in malignant pathology, 8 in benign and 28 in grade 5, and 28 in malignant pathology and 1 in benign. The difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: The BI-RADS grading diagnostic criteria are helpful in the real diagnosis of malignant breast cancer and have a positive effect on the treatment of this disease.
