雨洪问题和水资源匮乏已成为困扰和制约城市发展的难题。低影响开发技术体现了雨水从源头控制的理念。文章介绍了场地设计中采用的低影响开发技术的方法,提出应学习国外先进经验和新型节水技术,走雨水资源优化配置之路,以河南省为例研究海绵城市建设的发展,并针对我国现阶段雨水利用和管理的情况提出新的思路。一、低影响开发理论研究与实践(一)低影响开发理论与开发模式LID的英文全文是Low Impact Develoment(低影响开发)。
