使用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为控制芯片,通过水位传感器完成对水位信号的检测,通过风机、瓦斯断电仪完成风瓦电闭锁信号的检测,通过电压、电流等互感器和内置A/D完成多路模拟信号的检测,实时显示井下低压水泵电机的工作状态,具有CAN总线通讯功能,在国内首次整合了矿用水泵电机的电气检测与水位控制功能,实现了矿用水泵电机的无故障自适应运行。
