目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的核蛋白提取物——核因子-κB(NF-κB)活性变化的意义及其与心功能的关系。方法:采用ELISA法检测76例心力衰竭患者和30例对照组PBMCs的NF-κB的活性,并与患者心功能及超声心动图参数相比较,研究其与心功能及心肌重塑的关系。结果:CHF患者PBMCs NF-κB活性高于健康对照组,随着心功能恶化和心肌重塑的发展,NF-κB活性逐渐升高(P<0.01)。结论:CHF患者外周血PBMCs中NF-κB活性增高,检测NF-κB活化水平可能有助于心力衰竭恶化的判断。
Objective: To investigate the significance of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and its relationship with cardiac function. Methods: The NF-κB activity in PBMCs from 76 patients with heart failure and 30 controls was detected by ELISA. The relationship between NF-κB and cardiac function and echocardiographic parameters was analyzed. Results: The NF-κB activity of PBMCs in CHF patients was higher than that in healthy controls. The NF-κB activity increased gradually with the progression of cardiac dysfunction and myocardial remodeling (P <0.01). Conclusion: The activity of NF-κB in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with CHF is increased. Detecting the activation of NF-κB may contribute to the judgment of worsening of heart failure.
