目的调查2013年南宁市城乡居民对基本公共卫生服务的满意度。方法 2014年2月采取分层抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法,对200名城乡居民进行问卷调查。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果城市居民总体满意率为73.5%,农村居民为69.4%,总调查对象为71.5%。农村和城市对基本公共卫生服务满意度差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.42,P>0.05)。男性居民满意度75.3%,女性居民68.9%,不同性别居民对基本公共卫生服务满意度比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.97,P>0.05)。初中及以下学历满意度为70.0%,高中和(或)中专为83.3%,大专及以上学历为65.0%,不同学历对基本公共卫生服务满意度差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.64,P>0.05)。以60岁以上满意的比例最高81.0%,30岁及以下比例最低59.2%。不同年龄段对基本公共卫生服务满意度差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.29,P>0.05)。结论居民基本公共卫生服务满意度仍有待提高,应改善基层医疗服务环境,提高基层医务人员待遇,充实技术力量,加大宣传。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of urban and rural residents in Nanning with basic public health services in 2013. Methods In February 2014, a total of 200 urban and rural residents were surveyed by stratified sampling and random sampling. Counting data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The overall satisfaction rate of urban residents was 73.5%, that of rural residents was 69.4% and that of the general survey was 71.5%. There was no significant difference in satisfaction of basic public health services between rural areas and cities (χ2 = 0.42, P> 0.05). Satisfaction of male residents was 75.3% and that of female residents was 68.9%. There was no significant difference in satisfaction of basic public health services between residents of different genders (χ2 = 0.97, P> 0.05). Satisfaction degree of junior high school and below was 70.0%, high school and / or secondary school was 83.3%, and college degree or above was 65.0%. There was no significant difference in satisfaction with basic public health services between different education levels (χ2 = 2.64, P> 0.05). Satisfied with the age of 60 the highest proportion of 81.0%, the minimum age of 59 and 59%. There was no significant difference in satisfaction with basic public health services between different age groups (χ2 = 6.29, P> 0.05). Conclusion Residents’ satisfaction with basic public health services needs to be improved. It is necessary to improve the environment for grassroots medical services, improve the treatment of grassroots medical personnel, enrich technical forces and increase publicity.
