随着网络时代和信息时代的来临,各个行业已经普遍的应用了信息技术和网络技术,其中人力资源管理信息化已经成为未来发展的主要趋势。随着我国市场经济体制日趋完善,我国市场竞争愈演愈烈,企业的人力资源管理应该积极的进行信息化建设,才能够提高自身的竞争力。本文主要讲述了人力资源管理信息化的意义,应用,目前人力资源管理信息化所存在的不足以及相应的措施。
